Csun reviewed Loredana Hair Studio.

I just recently used my teambuy at Loredana hair studio in Brampton and was pretty disappointed with the outcome. My appointment was for 11:00am and I didn't get started until about 11:20. Not a huge deal as the place was pretty busy. The deal consisted of: A Moroccan oil treatment, wash, cut, and style. The oil treatment lasted less than 5 minutes, I wasn't even told that it was happening, and it dripped all down my face as I sat under a dryer. The "wash" consisted of rinsing the oil out and no shampoo was used. I'm not sure if that was done for a reason, maybe to keep the oil on my hair longer...but why offer a wash when no shampoo is being used. I was under the impression that my hair would be nice and clean when I leave the salon, but it was slightly greasy from the lack of washing. Even a wash and cut at First Choice is longer and they even give you a massage while they actually wash and condition the hair. I was not picky with my cut as I just wanted a few inches taken off. During the cut, Melissa did not once show me how much she was taking off or ask if I was happy with the length. Never have I sat in a chair while getting my hair cut and was unable to see my hair in the mirror. I couldn't see anything under my chin. If I was able to see, I would have asked her to take a lot more off. The only request I made, was that I wanted my hair to go into a "V" shape in the back and when I asked her if she could maybe show me, it was completely straight across. This was after she had dried it. I had to stand up twice to see the length. I was extremely surprised that she did not realize I couldn't see anything. I didn't want to ask her to cut more after she had already finished. Overall, very unsatisfied.
